How to Book a Delivery with Zumy?

Zumy makes sending parcels across your city quick and easy. Follow these simple steps to book your delivery in just a few taps.


✅ Step 1: Sign In Using OTP

To get started, open the Zumy app and log in using your mobile number:

  • Enter your Email on the login screen.

  • You’ll receive a 6-digit OTP (One-Time Password) via E-mail.

  • Enter the OTP to securely log in—no password needed!


📍 Step 2: Choose Pickup & Drop Locations

Once you're logged in:

  • Tap “Enter Pickup Location”

  • If you haven’t saved any addresses yet, use the search bar at the top to find the location.

  • Type the name or address of the pickup location, select it from the results, and make sure to pin the exact spot on the map.

  • Then, enter the full address details (house/building name, street, landmark, etc.) to ensure accurate pickup.

  • Repeat the same process for the drop-off location.

You can also:

  • Save frequently used addresses for future deliveries.

  • View the estimated delivery time and price before confirming.

💡 Make sure both pickup and drop locations are accurately pinned to avoid delivery delays.



📦 Step 3: Add Parcel Details

To help your Runner handle your package properly:

  • Select parcel type (e.g., small box, document, bag)

  • Mention The Weight of Package


💳 Step 4: Confirm & Pay

Choose your preferred payment method:

  • Online (UPI, debit/credit card, wallets)

  • Cash on Pickup or Delivery

Tap “Confirm Delivery” to book your order.


📍 Step 5: Track Your Order in Real Time

Once your request is accepted:

  • You’ll see the Runner and their live location.

  • Real-time tracking lets you follow the entire journey—from pickup to delivery.

Notifications will keep you updated, and you can always message or call the rider directly via the app.
