To get started, open the Zumy app and log in using your mobile number:
Enter your Email on the login screen.
You’ll receive a 6-digit OTP (One-Time Password) via E-mail.
Enter the OTP to securely log in—no password needed!
Once you're logged in:
Tap “Enter Pickup Location”
If you haven’t saved any addresses yet, use the search bar at the top to find the location.
Type the name or address of the pickup location, select it from the results, and make sure to pin the exact spot on the map.
Then, enter the full address details (house/building name, street, landmark, etc.) to ensure accurate pickup.
Repeat the same process for the drop-off location.
You can also:
Save frequently used addresses for future deliveries.
View the estimated delivery time and price before confirming.
💡 Make sure both pickup and drop locations are accurately pinned to avoid delivery delays.
To help your Runner handle your package properly:
Select parcel type (e.g., small box, document, bag)
Mention The Weight of Package
Choose your preferred payment method:
Online (UPI, debit/credit card, wallets)
Cash on Pickup or Delivery
Tap “Confirm Delivery” to book your order.
Once your request is accepted:
You’ll see the Runner and their live location.
Real-time tracking lets you follow the entire journey—from pickup to delivery.
Notifications will keep you updated, and you can always message or call the rider directly via the app.
