Cancelling a Delivery or Changing Details

Need to cancel or update your delivery? No problem — here’s how it works on Zumy.


❌ How to Cancel Before Pickup

You can cancel your order anytime before the delivery partner arrives for pickup:

Steps to Cancel:

  1. Open the Zumy App

  2. Go to “My Orders”

  3. Select the delivery you want to cancel

  4. Tap “Cancel Order”

  5. Choose a reason and confirm

⚠️ Cancellation is not allowed once pickup is completed.


🔄 Can I Edit Pickup or Drop Address?

Currently, addresses cannot be edited after placing an order. If you've made a mistake:

  • Cancel the existing order

  • Place a new one with the correct details


💸 Will I Be Charged for Cancellation?

  • Before Accept: No cancellation fee.

  • After Accept: Cancellation is not possible as the delivery is in progress.
