📍 Live Map Tracking via the App

Once your delivery is picked up:

1. Open the Zumy App

2. Go to “HIstory”

3. Tap the order you want to track

4. A live map will show your delivery partner’s current location in real time

You’ll also see an estimated time of arrival based on current traffic and route conditions.

🕒 Understanding Status Updates

Here’s what each tracking status means:

• Order Placed: Your order has been successfully placed and is being processed by Zumy.

• At Pickup Location: A delivery partner has arrived at the pickup point and is ready to collect your parcel.

• Parcel Picked Up: Your parcel has been collected and is on its way to the delivery location.

• At Delivery Location: The delivery partner has arrived near or at the drop-off point.

• Delivered: The parcel has been successfully handed over to the recipient.

🛑 What If Tracking Isn’t Updating?

If the map isn’t updating or seems stuck:

• Ensure your internet connection is stable

• Pull down on the tracking screen to refresh

• Wait a moment — location updates may be slightly delayed
