Wait a few moments and tap “Resend OTP”

If the rider is unresponsive for more than 10 minutes, contact our help team — we’ll step in immediately.
If your app isn’t working properly:
Force close the app and reopen it.
Make sure your device has a stable internet connection.
Check your device’s location permissions for Zumy.
Update the app to the latest version from the Play Store or App Store.
