Facing a hiccup with your Zumy experience? Here are quick solutions to the most common problems reported by users.


📩 Didn’t Receive OTP?

If you're not getting the login OTP:

  • Make sure your email is entered correctly.

  • Check your spam or promotions folder.

  • Wait a few moments and tap “Resend OTP”


🚦 Rider Delayed or Unreachable

We apologize for the delay. Here's what to do:

  • Check live tracking on the History page.

  • Tap “Call icon” next to Runner and call Him

  • If the rider is unresponsive for more than 10 minutes, contact our help team — we’ll step in immediately.


🗺️ App Crashing or Map Not Loading?

If your app isn’t working properly:

  • Force close the app and reopen it.

  • Make sure your device has a stable internet connection.

  • Check your device’s location permissions for Zumy.

  • Update the app to the latest version from the Play Store or App Store.
